One-day fly in 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Aug 20 at Oroville Airport under the auspices of the Experimental Aircraft Association Oroville Chapter 1112. Event will feature displays, exhibits and fly-bys featuring airplanes, helicopters; antique cars. The Young Eagle Program will have volunteer pilots to provide rides for youth. The center in Oregon House will open its doors Aug. 20 for an auction preview at 5:30 p.m. and a non-host "Cantina" with cervezas, Margaritas and sodas. Full-course authentic Mexican is at 6:30 p.m., followed by the auction, which includes high-value and unique items including a transfer load of gravel, 2 cords of firewood, a solar conversion assessment of a home, paintings and more.
